Sleeping four-six, both of the apartment’s bedrooms are plush and inviting with the master suite sporting sea vistas and a sumptuous super king size bed. Luxury linens, modern technology including Sky Glass TV, and stylish soft furnishings make for a decadent haven to retreat to after days spent unwinding on the beach.

Best Things About: Fully enclosed patio and balcony safe for children, Topaz is positioned above Carbis bay perfect for sunrises or sundowners, 4 min walk to a beach with many cafe/restaurants also water sport hire. Train station just next to the property and we recommend a 5 min trip into the centre of st ives its such a beautiful rail route .

Two Bedrooms, both featuring a Super King size bed; one of which can be split into two singles if preferred.

There is also a double sofa bed in the snug.

One family bathroom with shower, separate bath, toilet and basin.

Family
Families are welcome, we can provide a high chair and travel cot on request. Patio and balconies are child safe but will need an adult to supervise at all times

Unlimited Wi-Fi internet. 3 new Smart TV’s, including one Sky Glass in the lounge area. 2 Roberts Beacon 320 portable bluetooth speakers. Feature wall with multi mood changing led lighting and Stovax contemporary built in wall electrical fire centre peice. Miele what goods throughout.
Parking
There are a couple of parking options at Topaz including: 2 Visitor Carpark spaces (if available) Or paid parking at the train station (a 3 minute walk) or paid parking at the Church, (7 minutes away) Parking costs will be reimbursed by Cornish Stays.

St Ives can be reached within 5 minutes on one of the most scenic train journey around Britain’s coast or a beautiful walk. The station is near the apartment.

Carbis Bay is a fantastic base for touring the far south west of Cornwall; a landscape of white sandy beaches, azure seas, sub-tropical flowers, unusual birds and stunning coastal walks on the renowned south west coast path.

What’s included in your booking
Every guest can expect to find a luxury welcome hamper upon arrival, each property also provides fast Wi-Fi, high quality linen and towels, logs (where relevant), dishwasher tablets, tea towels and hand wash. Our minimum standards ensure you have everything you need for a memorable stay, but some properties may provide alternative or slightly varied items, so please request detailed information from our team before your stay, if still required.

Who Manages Cornish Stays properties
Each of our property owners have a local manager and housekeeping team on hand to prepare and clean the property, whilst also being available to resolve any potential issues during your stay.

If you have a problem during your stay who to contact
In any cases where you encounter a problem, please contact the property manager as soon as possible. You'll be able to find their details on your booking documents and on the guest information in the property. There's a 24/7 emergency contact number that goes straight through to the local property manager, so guests can rest easy that there’s always someone on the end of the phone if issues arise.
