Serena is located within a unique gated development of 27 apartments and two houses and is arguably one of the most luxurious and well equipped of the apartments in this development with close attention to detail. The apartment also comes with its own reserved car parking space. It doesn’t matter what time of year, you don’t have to leave the apartment to relax. Choose to relax on the glorious balcony of this magnificent luxury apartment and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee or unwind in the stunning upper floor bedroom suite. The apartment is comfortably furnished with luxurious touches and everything you need to ensure you unwind in style. This is the only three bedroom flat to let in this gated development, and the only apartment with two beach-view bedrooms.

Best Things About: Fully enclosed small balcony safe for children, Serena is positioned above Carbis bay perfect for sunrises or sundowners, 1 min walk to a beach with many cafe/restaurants also water sport hire. Train station just next to the property and we recommend a 5 min trip into the centre of st ives its such a beautiful rail route

The superb open plan 34 feet long master suite, complete with living area, kitchenette with fridge, sink and tea making facilities, and an en-suite, offers the ultimate in luxury. Three giant Velux windows provide extpansive views across the Bay and allow natural light to flood the room.

The second bedroom offers two luxurious single beds. A door leads on to the balcony.

The third bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed.

Bathrooms
Serena has three contemporary bathrooms which ooze both luxury and comfort.

There is a smaller en-suite with shower, toilet and basin off of the Master bedroom.

Family
Children: Are always welcome at Serena. Complimentary full size cot, high chair and stair gates available. We request that guests provide their own cot bedding.
Entertainment
Complimentary super-fast BT Business broadband, wi-fi and a Vodafone SureSignal base station is available in the apartment. Serena has also been equipped with the highest quality entertainment systems for our guests’ enjoyment. In the apartment you will have:

Parking
There is one allocated car parking space and the whole of this exclusive development is set back within electronic security gates. We can also arrange for additional spaces (subject to availability) within the gates, the management company currently (2022) charge £66 per week.

St Ives can be reached within 5 minutes on one of the most scenic train journey around Britain’s coast or a beautiful walk. The station is near the apartment.

Carbis Bay is a fantastic base for touring the far south west of Cornwall; a landscape of white sandy beaches, azure seas, sub-tropical flowers, unusual birds and stunning coastal walks on the renowned south west coast path.

What’s included in your booking
Every guest can expect to find a luxury welcome hamper upon arrival, each property also provides fast Wi-Fi, high quality linen and towels, logs (where relevant), dishwasher tablets, tea towels and hand wash. Our minimum standards ensure you have everything you need for a memorable stay, but some properties may provide alternative or slightly varied items, so please request detailed information from our team before your stay, if still required.

Who Manages Cornish Stays properties
Each of our property owners have a local manager and housekeeping team on hand to prepare and clean the property, whilst also being available to resolve any potential issues during your stay.

If you have a problem during your stay who to contact
In any cases where you encounter a problem, please contact the property manager as soon as possible. You'll be able to find their details on your booking documents and on the guest information in the property. There's a 24/7 emergency contact number that goes straight through to the local property manager, so guests can rest easy that there’s always someone on the end of the phone if issues arise.
