We’re not a faceless agency. We believe in genuine connections, attention to detail, and a hassle-free experience for owners and guests alike. From smart marketing to hands-on housekeeping support, we take care of it all — and we do it well.

As we grow, we’re now looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our friendly, down-to-earth team.

About You

You’re personable, positive, and switched-on — someone who gets a buzz from making people feel welcome and looked after. You’re confident on email and phone, love solving problems, and you’re the kind of person who notices the little details that make a big difference.

While experience in holiday letting is a bonus, it’s your attitude, communication skills, and ability to think on your feet that really count.

Ideally, you’ll have:
✔️ Experience in a customer-facing role
✔️ A warm, professional manner over email and phone
✔️ Great organisational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Confidence using booking systems (we’ll show you the ropes!)
✔️ A flexible, can-do approach — no two days are the same here!

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll help ensure our guests have amazing holidays and our owners feel fully supported. You’ll mainly be based from home, but with occasional site visits to get to know the properties you’ll be looking after.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling guest enquiries via email
  • Processing bookings and payments
  • Supporting guests with check-ins and special requests
  • Helping monitor guest reviews and feedback
  • Problem-solving and responding quickly to any guest issues
  • Optional evening and weekend shifts if preferred (flexible around a 9–5 schedule)
  • We’ll make sure you’re fully trained and supported, and we promise it won’t be boring!
