What does a Private Chef do?

A private chef will prepare and cook for you in your own home or accommodation. Therefore, unlike in a restaurant where the chef/s cater for a large number of different groups of people, a personal chef is catering specifically for you, the customer who booked them, and your guests.

The private chef’s job is to meet the needs and requirements of specifically your party and do this all in the comfort and surroundings of your home. They also do all the shopping, service and clearing away and this is why we call it a private chef experience.

On the day of your event, your chef will arrive on average 1 to 2 hours before your eat time with all the food and ingredients. They will take over your kitchen preparing, cooking & serving your chosen menu to you and then do a full clear & clean down of the kitchen.

The chef service price starts at £240 for 2 guests plus the cost of ingredients at market rate. Tom is knowledgeable, passionate and confident in cooking a multitude of different styles of cuisine to accommodate the clients needs.
