Whilst we recommend having adequate holiday insurance in place, to provide you with that extra peace-of-mind when booking your holiday, we assure you that you can book with confidence.

Should you need to cancel, or your holiday be affected by events, our fair cancellation and refund policy is in place.

We hope that our flexibility and assurance outlined below gives you the confidence to start counting down the days to your luxury Cornish stay with us.

Standard cancellation policy

We fully understand that the unexpected can happen and plans can change.

Whilst the £100 booking fee, and 25% deposit is non-refundable, we will always try to refund you as much as we can, should we be able to re-sell your holiday.

Where you decide you have to cancel your stay, we will try to re-sell the holiday for the full length of your original booking.

If we are able to resell any or all of the dates of your stay, you will receive a refund, which will be the difference in price between the cost of your holiday, and the price that we sell the cancelled holiday for.

The £100 booking fee, and 25% deposit will also be deducted from your refund, if you are cancelling within 60 days of your stay.

If you cancel outside the 60-day period, you will be refunded the full cost of your stay, minus the 25% deposit, and £100 booking fee.

We do of course still strongly advise that you have holiday insurance in place that includes holiday cancellation cover as sometimes plans change at the very last minute, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to resell your holiday.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you consider taking out a suitable insurance product to cover against unexpected costs such as cancellation charges, curtailment or delay to your stay and that such cover includes adverse weather conditions, illness affecting you or any member of your booking party, transportation cancellations which may prevent you from travelling to or staying at the Property.
